- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 1 cup Finely diced apple (cored and peeled)
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoons Water
Baking Instructions(tap to mark complete)
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the rolled oats and diced apple.
- Beat the egg and add it to the mixture along with the water. Stir until the oats are coated and stick together.
- Scoop small spoonfuls onto the baking sheet, pressing them firmly into small bite-sized mounds.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
